As soon as you are ready to order content from Migaloo, you simply contact us via e-mail, phone or the in-app messaging system from your free Customer Zone area.

We’ll walk you through how everything works and ask you for more specific information so we can get started. Don’t worry if do not have all the information at hand, we can provide you with simple templates to fill in.

Before we produce any content for you, we’ll give you a few ideas to choose from. When we have your feedback, our team of specialists will begin to produce your specific content pieces, making them available to you in your secure Customer Zone.

A content package is a monthly content subscription. We provide 3 fixed packages including Silver, Gold and Platinum. In each of our content packages you get to tailor the type of content you need to align with your unique content strategy.

We also provide bespoke content services to clients that have specific and often larger content requirements.

Our content could be used for ANY channel, but we primarily focus on digital channels.

We never charge you anything before you approve becoming a client to Migaloo.

When you have decided for a package that fits your needs (or a tailor-made package) we will invoice you based on your choice. We send our invoice monthly.

Signing up to our Customer Zone to download assets such as guides, templates and tips are totally FREE. All we need is for you to register as a user.

As a client to Migaloo you will receive a monthly invoice based on your package choice.

There are no hidden fees and you’ll even have 20 days before you need to pay it.

Our services are subscription-based and you are only charged for your monthly package.

If you decide to stop using our services you can leave our services ANYTIME.

Although, sometimes we offer specific deals on our packages if you subscribe for 12 months. We will then continue producing content for the full period and you will be charge according to our agreement.

But hey, we’re no monsters – if you should feel unhappy with our services we’ll talk about it. Just contact us.
